Automotive radiator stampings,Main radiator fins, radiators and automobiles with such main radiator fins.
At present, the main piece of the fabricated radiator is mainly formed and blanked with steel raw materials of equal wall thickness using a simple stamping method. The thickness of the main sheet is thicker according to the strength requirements. For example, the thickness of the edge and the middle of the main sheet are the same, so that the arrangement density of the flat tubes is limited. For the technical requirements of the main fin of the radiator, the edge of the main fin serves as the stress point of the crimping water chamber and the material removal becomes the weak area of the structure. The structural strength requirements of this part determine the choice of material thickness. The part where the middle flange of the main piece is connected to the flat tube uses a rubber sealing ring, and this part of the sealing chamber is flexibly connected by the compression and deformation of the rubber. Therefore, the strength requirement of the central flanging part of the main piece is much lower than that of the edge part.
